Here's how you can take care of your nipple covers. If you do not have sensitive skin, we highly suggest that you do not wash your nipple covers too often. Over washing with soap can remove the stickiness of the adhesive.
Please also make sure to cover the adhesive side with the plastic film when not in use, to avoid dust sticking on your nipple covers. The longevity depends from person to person. Accumulation of dust and body can also affect the stickiness of the adhesive. It has a minimum of 120 times of use but longevity will still depend on the user. The acidity of sweat affects the longevity of the adhesive.
