We want you to be happy with your order. But in case you don't--perhaps it's faulty, or you got the wrong size or color.

We can refund or replace the item/s:

  • Suppose you received a faulty item/s and want a full refund or replacement. We can replace and refund only 1-2 days after receiving the order. The faulty item/s must be returned to us within 3 days of raising your order concer, or we cannot issue you a refund or replacement.
  • If you receive the wrong item, make sure the item is not used and is in’s original condition for us to issue you a replacement.

 All faulty products will be considered a reject and sent to the factory and donated to companies that recycle.
