When will I receive my order?

Please don't get mixed up, these terms are often confusing for customers; Shipping is the date the product will leave the Barebone's warehouse while Delivery is the date the package will make it to the customer's doorstep.

Please also note that, we've adopted a 'ship per order number' system, complemented by specific cut-offs. This means we process and ship orders sequentially based on the order number up to a certain cut-off point. This approach allows us to maintain a high level of accuracy, ensuring that each order is packed correctly and reaches the right customer. By adhering to cut-offs, we can streamline our operations, making our shipping process more efficient and predictable.


I have a preorder, when will I receive my order?

For our pre-orders, we operate on a 'first in, first out' basis, shipping according to order numbers. This ensures fairness and transparency in our process. As soon as your product is ready, if you were among the first to pre-order, you'll be among the first to receive it. This system allows us to manage our inventory effectively and serve you better.


I ordered both a pre-order and an in-stock item. Will the in-stock item be shipped out first?

Please note that once you've placed an order, we are unable to make any changes to it. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items under a single order number, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. This is because there's only one shipping fee associated with that order. We understand the eagerness to receive in-stock items immediately, but to streamline our process and keep shipping costs down, we consolidate the shipment. This is why we always encourage our customers to read the facts and details before making a purchase. It helps in setting the right expectations and ensures a smoother experience for everyone


We have two cut offs: Monday 12:00 am and Wednesday 12:00 pm. 

Orders placed on Monday past 12 am to Wednesday 12pm will be shipped on Friday.  Orders placed on Wednesday past 12pm to Monday 12am will be shipped on Wednesday. 


NCR Orders via Barebone Express:  (1-4 Days Upon Shipping Day not on order date) You will be given the contact number of the assigned rider through email as your tracking number in this format; BAREBONE via (Riders Name)(Contact Number)


Provincial Orders via J&T: (3-8 Days Upon Shipping Day not on order date) Please note, that it could take some time for us to send your tracking number. We kindly ask for your patience and wait for 48 hours.

International Orders: (15 to 30 Days Upon Shipping Day not on order date) Please expect some delays, It really depends on the country destination. Please note, that it could take some time for us to send your tracking number. We kindly ask for your patience and wait for 48 hours.


Do you have same day delivery?

Yes, But same day delivery is available for Metro Manila Philippines only. You can choose pick up for same day delivery around Metro Manila.Pick up is available from Monday to Thursday, 12 pm to 4 pm.But please be reminded that you have to book your own rider (Grab/Lalalmove) or any company you prefer and the indicated fee (Php. 25.00) is staff fee. PICK UP instructions can be found in your order confirmation email. 


Can I make changes with my order? 

Please keep in mind that once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it. 


Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you message us about wanting to cancel your order, please be aware that your order will be instantly put on hold, which means it won't be shipped on the original schedule. It's important to note that the order will be cancelled unless you are 100% sure of your decision. Please also note, however, that there is a chargeback fee associated with order cancellations. This is due to the costs we incur when processing your order and payment. We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing to avoid any unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding. Additionally, if you make changes to your order, such as adding products or updating your shipping address, please note that your order's shipping schedule may be adjusted.

Since every person has unique breast shapes, what works for others might not work for you. That's why it's important to choose what you think is best for your needs.

How do I know what size of the nipple cover or pasties is right for me?

Both of our available sizes (8cm, 10cm, and moonshape) fit cups A-D. Consider your wardrobe and boob form to pick the size that's perfect for you.


How do I know the nipple cover or pasties is not the right one for my boob shape?

When the design of the nipple cover is not the right match for your boob shape the first thing you'll notice is that the sides will often lift and will not stick well. 


According to your outfit:

  • For more revealing and sexy outfits with a low neckline, 8cm or moonshape is advisable.
  • For tops with a higher neckline and for more coverage, 10cm is the right size.


According to your boob shape:
  • For women with cup A-B with sagging problems, moonshape or 8cm is a better match (but it still depends on the sagging stage) because the 10cm nipple cover’s edges might wrinkle and cause a slight discomfort.
  • Women with a round and fuller boob shape will have no issues with this.
  • For flat-chested women, it‘s a little bit tricky but both sizes can work. We suggest tryinh 8cm, 10cm and moonshape nipple covers to see which one works best for your boob shape.

How do I choose what shade of nipple cover is right for me?

Go for the shade that best matches your skin tone. We have 7 shades you can choose from slightly opaque to super opaque nipple covers.

How to use?

It's important to keep your breasts dry and clean before putting on nipple covers. Do not use any type of moisturizer, lotion, or oil on your skin, as it can prevent the covers from adhering properly. Firmly press and hold the covers in place for a few moments, then remove any trapped air.


How many times can I reuse my nipple cover?

To maximize the longevity of our pasties, we suggest you follow our care instructions. The safe daily use of each nipple cover is at least 120 times. Keep in mind, however, that how long the stickiness lasts may be influenced by factors specific to each user.


How do I know when to change/retire my nipple cover?

As the adhesive begins to darken to a brown shade and become ineffective, it is time to switch out your nipple cover. Fortunately, these can be utilized as a substitute for your bra inserts.


How do I make the adhesive of my nipple cover sticky again?

To ensure maximum performance, we suggest wearing the nipple covers with clothes that are snug-fitting. Also, refrain from washing them too frequently, as it could compromise their adhesive properties. If the adhesion no longer functions, it's time for a replacement. Lastly, before putting the product on, avoid applying any moisturizers, oils, or other moisturizing or whitening products. Only use Barebone Foam Wash or Johnson’s head-to-toe (yellow) bodywash on the pasties. As using other products like bar soap, moisturizing soap, handsoap, antibacterial soap, face wash, whitening soap, soaps that contains oils, milk, scent (ex. Cetaphil, Dove, Safeguard, Kojic and other whitening products etc. could affect the longevity of the nipple cover adhesives.


How do I properly store my nipple cover?

Using a small amount of Barebone Foam Wash or Johnson & Johnson's Top-to-Toe Baby Wash is the perfect way to store your Nipple Cover. We recommend that you only wash them when dirty or when you sweat when using them. Wiggle the nipple cover after a gentle wash until it's a little dry, then continue to air dry. Use plastic film to cover the adhesive side of the nipple cover and use the plastic tray to separate them and protect them from dust.

Note: Do not use lotion, moisturizer, or body wash that contains oils, glycerine, or milk to avoid affecting the stickiness of the adhesive of the nipple cover.


Should I apply any skin care product before wearing my nipple cover?

No, the area must be clean and without any traces of any substance or chemical.


How long can I wear my nipple cover without feeling any discomfort?

Discomfort may be encountered if the user has Adhesive or Silicone Sensitivity. If it happens, we suggest prohibiting the usage of the nipple covers and consult with your Doctors or dermatologists.  However, if not, the nipple cover can be worn all day long.


Can my nipple covers be machine-washed?

We do not recommend it since there are risks that can affect the product. However, some customers have mentioned doing it  but without any use of soap.


Are nipple covers eco-friendly?

Yes. They are manufactured with non-toxic silicone that does not leak chemicals and can easily break down without harming the environment into tiny particles over time.


Can I wear my nipple covers in my swimsuits/ underwater?

Yes. However, we suggest the user to not apply products on their skin before putting the product on. This may cause the nipple cover to slip.

Sensitive Skins

Anyone can be sensitive to even the best medical materials. If you have adhesive sensitivity, you may develop irritations or rashes. DO NOT USE this product if you have adhesive sensitivity, open cuts, skin disorders, or a family history of skin depigmentation. Please discontinue if you develop any irritation or rashes. We suggest that you consult with your Doctors or dermatologists.

Limits Liability: We are not liable for any incidental or coincidental or consequential damages resulting from our products' use.


Will my boobs sag if I use nipple covers instead of bras?

No. In fact, there are a number of studies that show how going bra-less improves breast shape, among many other benefits (Fact: bras can be expensive!)


According to the Well+Good website, while it might be harder for women with larger breasts to adjust to a bra-less lifestyle, it might be better for them in the long run. Once the body naturally gets used to the weight without added support, it will build a more appropriate support without the help of a bra. Overtime, a lot of women report a perkier and rounder breast shape.


Can I use nipple covers while breastfeeding?

Yes! But when breastfeeding, make sure to clean your nipples properly to remove any adhesive particles before breastfeeding your child. But if using any kind of nipple cover affects the natural flow of your breastmilk. We recommend that you stop the use of any brand or type of nipple covers.


The needs and protection of your baby should always come first.


Can I replace my bras with nipple covers?

Yes. It's all about loving the warmth of your own breast form to go braless. There are a number of studies which demonstrate the many advantages of a bra-less lifestyle.



Do you sell nipple cover adhesive?

Unfortunately, we are not selling Nipple Cover Adhesives.


When wearing the Period Undies, do I still need to wear pads?

Investing in a pair of period undies could save your sanity (and your sheets). These super-absorbent and leak-resistant underwear have multiple layers to help protect against leaks matter how heavy your flow.

You can use it alone but you can also use it with other menstrual products depending on your menstrual flow.




Where is the item shipped from?

Our items are shipped from Metro Manila.


How many days will the delivery take?

It usually takes 1-4 days withinn Metro Manila and for for orders outside Metro Manila, it takes 3-7 business days. But due to the current pandemic, please expect some delays.

For regular International shipping, it takes minimum of 14 business days sometimes up to 30 business days depending on the country destination. And for worldwide express, it takes 5 to 7 business days. 


How much is the shipping fee?

Regular Shipping Varies depending on the Delivery address, Number of items and the courier that the customer chooses upon Checking out. The customer can see it before they check out your items on our website.


What are your available payment options?

You can settle your payments through Creditcard via Paypal or Paypal account. Debit or Credit via Paymongo and Gcash via Paymongo.


Do you accept COD?

We currently do not accept COD.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, If order seems to be problematic.


Do you accept refunds?

We do not accept refunds. The item is considered to be sold after it has been purchased.


Do you have a physical store?

As of the moment, Barebone is only Based online. (We will get there one day!)

Do you have Lazada or Shopee?

No, we decided to only sell via our website
