HOW TO PAY: NON CREDIT CARD HOLDERS AND OTHER BANK USERS

IMPORTANT NOTICE: GCASH TO GCASH OR GCASH TO BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NOT ACCEPTED AND NON REFUNDABLE.

Why do we not accept Gcash?

We know Gcash would be very convenient for us and for our customers. However we've encountered too many problems with it. We had customers who sent their payment via Gcash and Gcash successfully deducted the money from their account however we were not able to receive the payment. It failed to reach our bank account. We had our bank statements requested from our bank to check everything was correct and so that we can help our customer refund their money. Sadly, up until now Gcash was not able to refund their money. 

Why Gcash is non refundable?

We say it's non refundable because we cannot refund you your money if it didn't successfully reach our bank account. You may ask Gcash for refund and we can provide you some assistance. 

 

NOTE: Payments must be made within 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation email. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. Once you have made your payment, please follow payment instructions to avoid delay or cancellation and your send your proof of payment to barebonepayment@gmail.com and add to your Order number and BANK DEPOSIT REFERENCE or CONFIRMATION number (example. #1001BW 1572353580889) to your email subject.

 

Option A: Bank Deposit

To settle your payment via Bank Deposit. Please deposit the correct amount to the following account:

Please kindly send us a clear photo of the deposit slip and write your Order Number and Bank Deposit Reference as your email subject.

  

Option B:  Online Transfer

We accept BPI transfers, Instapay, and other online bank transfers.

To settle your payment via Online Transfer. Please deposit the correct amount to the following account:

Please kindly send us the screenshots of the following:
1.) Mobile App or Website Transaction (must show Barebone's Full Account Number, Amount Paid, Time and Date the payment was sent)
2.) Email confirmation from your bank that says the transaction was successful.
