Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please note, however, that there is a chargeback fee associated with order cancellations. This is due to the costs we incur when processing your order and payment. We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing to avoid any unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Faulty Item/s:

We want you to be happy with your order. But in case you don't-- perhaps it's faulty, or you got the wrong size or color.

You may return your item(s) within only 1-2 days after receiving the order. The faulty item/s must be returned to us within 3 days of raising your order concern @barebonestore, or we cannot issue you a refund or replacement. All items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including the product's original packaging, instructions, tags, and any included accessories.

We kindly request that before you submit your return, you submit photo and video documentation of the product. These can be sent to customer service on Instagram @barebonstore and must be provided for us to consider the return.

Please note that all items are carefully inspected before a refund is issued. All refunds are issued at the discretion of our company and our return policies are subject to change without prior notice.

Note: All faulty products will be considered a reject and sent to the factory and donated to companies that recycle.
