Shipping is the date the product will leave the Barebone's warehouse while Delivery is the date the package will make it to the customer's doorstep.  

 

Please note that at BAREBONE, we've adopted a 'ship per order number' system, complemented by specific cut-offs. This means we process and ship orders sequentially based on the order number up to a certain cut-off point. This approach allows us to maintain a high level of accuracy, ensuring that each order is packed correctly and reaches the right customer. By adhering to cut-offs, we can streamline our operations, making our shipping process more efficient and predictable. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to deliver your orders with utmost precision.

There will be no Tracking number provided since your orders will be safely delivered by Barebone Riders. But you will be given the contact number of the assigned rider through email as your tracking number in this format;

OUTSIDE METRO MANILA ORDERS VIA LBC: (3-8 Days Upon Shipping Day not on order date)

Please note, that it could take some time for us to send your tracking number. We kindly ask for your patience and wait for 48 hours. Tracking numbers are given in bulk and will be encoded manually and carefully. Please be patient with us if you haven't received your tracking number. But surely we'll send it to you via email or text. Just please make sure that your contact number and email are correct in your order form.
